Clinical Effect of Selezen at Patients of Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis Orthopaedics

Abstract
|
|
|
Clinical trial on Selezen(Imidazole-2-hydroxybenzoate) was executed at the patients o arthritis and arthrosis in orthopaedics.
Among 30 patients orally administered by Selezen, 15 cases of primary osteoarthritis has 100% of effectiveness associated with 10 cases of excellent result, 2 cases of good and cases of fair and 9 cases of post-traumatic osteoarthritis had 100% of effectiveness with cases of excellent, 2 cases of good and 2 cases of fair and 6 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were treated with 83% of effectiveness which had 2 cases of excellent, 1 case of good, cases of fair and l case of poor result.
The inclusive effective rate was 96.7%.
During 30 days treatment, some gastroenteric disorders such as nausea, vomiting an@ dyspepsia were appeared temporarily but there was no discontinuous treatment and at the clinical laboratory analysis, there was no significant abnormality.
